WHO WE ARE
FOUNDER & CEO
Kristen founded KRAE Consulting after seeing a void in the AEC industry. Successful business owners didn't have the necessary time to develop business or handle social media. She saw the issue and immediately filled the gap, offering business development, training, marketing, recruiting, and event planning. When Kristen isn't working, she enjoys thrifting, hanging out with friends, and cooking.
Carolyn started in January 2021 as KRAE’s graphic designer and photographer. You can call Carolyn the camera girl since she’s rarely seen without one. She helps KRAE with marketing flyers, logos and branding concepts, and of course, photos. When she isn’t working, Carolyn enjoys screenprinting, reading, and hanging out with her nieces and nephew.
Katherine joined the KRAE team in May 2021. She handles all our back office operations and helps Kristen and the rest of the KRAE team as needed. Katherine has numerous years of experience in the AEC industry, making her a valuable asset to the KRAE team. When she isn't working, Katherine loves spending time with her husband and family. She also enjoys listening to music, playing the drums, drawing, photography, horseback riding and thrifting.
SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING COORDINATOR
Gina is KRAE's Social Media and Marketing Coordinator. She joined the team in June 2021 to help with social media content creation. Gina likes to design and create unique content to represent brands. In her free time, you can likely find Gina grabbing coffee with a friend, working out, reading, shopping, traveling or maybe even scuba diving!
Raina, KRAE's happiness manager, has been on the KRAE team since February 2021.
She likes to break up Zoom calls by showing friends her new toys, ride in the car to meetings, or sneak a french fry at a client lunch. When Raina isn't working, she enjoys long walks, playing fetch, and chasing squirrels!
