As the driving force behind KRAE, she excels in creating innovative strategies that elevate her clients' brands and drive impactful transformations. Kristen began her career in business development and client relations, where she honed her skills in building strong partnerships and delivering results. Her diverse background and creative approach make her a trusted advisor for businesses seeking growth and resilience. Kristen’s passion for connecting talent with opportunity and her knack for crafting compelling narratives are the hallmarks of her career.
Carolyn is the Creative Director here at KRAE, having joined the team in April 2021 as a graphic designer and advancing through the ranks. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for collaboration, Carolyn specializes in managing a team of creatives to deliver high-quality graphic design materials, video production projects, and other strategic branding initiatives. She thrives on working closely with clients to bring their unique visions to life, ensuring each project reflects the brand’s personality and goals.
In her free time, Carolyn enjoys reading, experimenting with new recipes, and watching reality TV with her dog, Stevie.

Gina joined the team in June 2021, bringing a passion for designing and creating unique, impactful social media content that helps both brands and individuals shine. With a strong focus on both creativity and analytics, she ensures that every post not only looks great but also drives measurable results. Gina is committed to boosting engagement and making a real difference.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Oakley, grabbing coffee with friends, working out, shopping, and even scuba diving.
Steve is an accomplished operational expert with 37 years of industry experience working for small business startups to Fortune 500 companies with multiple locations around the world. With broad and deep capabilities across many areas, he has a proven track record in Business Operations, Project Management, Financial Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Engineering, Contracts, and Contract Negotiations. Over the years, he has traveled extensively and worked closely with people of all backgrounds, offering him unique and valuable insight into KRAE’s business and client needs. Steve joined the KRAE team in January 2022 to help maximize its progress in operational excellence, processes, and business growth. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University and an MS in Engineering & Business Management from Clarkson University. Beyond Steve’s support of KRAE, you may find him restoring some treasure found in an old barn or estate while traveling the country in his Airstream.
