Administrative Coordinator

Type: Full-time (40 hours a week, M-F) 
Location: Remote. Must be local to meet at KRAE headquarters periodically. 
Pay: Based on experience 
Timeline: Immediately

The goal of this position is to save other KRAE employees time and create efficiency in all their tasks. This individual will need to be organized, detail-oriented, and able to complete tasks individually. 

Job duties:
Calendar management and arrange travel
Schedule Meetings and Coordinate necessary materials 
Design and maintain a filing system
Prepare reminder reports & track invoicing
Prepare presentations & take meeting minutes
Create emails, Scan writing for grammatical errors
Input contact information into CRM system 
Any related tasks as needed! 

Job Requirements:
- Successful experience as an executive assistant, office manager or related role 
- Microsoft Suite 
- Highly proficient in typing and writing
- Knowledge of PM software, preferred
- Ability to accomplish tasks successfully with minimal direction 
- Top Quality customer service
